The TFA Fractal Waves indicator is what you get when you combine every single advanced fibonacci wave together into one nice chart. That, along with all the directional diamonds that comes with the TFA Sniper. However, the problem when you do this is that you would usually get a very chaotic chart. It will be one big mess. How messy? Well this messy :
Now, that is one messy work of art ain’t it? And this doesn’t exactly include the directional diamonds yet. So what we can do is to apply a filtering mechanism that helps you identify at which areas you would find key fibonacci confluence levels. What you’re seeing in the above picture is simply all the fibonacci waves put together without any filtering elements to identify which areas has more combined areas of support/resistance. Honestly, looking at this makes me dizzy, there are just too many levels and we need a proper way to filter which are the areas of strength vs weakness.
Hence, we built the TFA Fractal Waves. This is how the chart looks like after proper filtering is done.
The orange arrows point to where price bounced off fibonacci confluence levels. Its success rate is already fairly high considering it is simply using all this on a 1 minute chart and we have not added in our Flag Formation oscillator, our RSI & Stochastic readings, our fibonacci retracement & projection levels. Adding all these in and working in tandem with our TFA Fractal Waves, it makes for a very accurate and profitable trading system.
This system is best used alongside the TFA Sniper. Whilst it is essentially displaying all the information of the TFA Sniper onto a chart, the TFA Sniper helps put things into perspective by allowing you to see which time frames are moving faster and which are slower – crucial information in picking key levels to trade off and directions to trade in.
Also, this system works very well when combined with the unique way we read the RSI and Stochastic indicators. When combining these with Elliott Wave theory, Fibonacci retracements/projections and fractal support/resistance, it turns into one of those really accurate and powerful systems.
So now that you have learnt how the advanced fibonacci waves look like, how messy they can seem on a chart and how there is literally thousands of calculations done every second across 7 time frames to produce the beautiful TFA Fractal Waves chart – you can now move on to understanding the TFA Sniper which displays all these in an even more beautiful manner.
